All sales made through Simplify n Supply are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Tampered Products

We only issue refunds or replacements if an item arrives broken, defective, or has been tampered with during shipment.
To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide clear photos or video evidence showing the damage or tampering.

  3. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted for the following:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect address or delivery refusal

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
