All orders are processed within 24–72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.


3. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your country’s customs processing and local postal services.


4. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can click the link in that email to see real-time updates on your shipment’s progress.


5. Can I return or exchange an item?

All sales at Simplify n Supply are final.
However, if your product arrives broken, defective, or tampered with, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or video evidence, and we’ll gladly issue a refund or replacement.


6. What should I do if I received the wrong or damaged item?

If you received the wrong product or your order arrived damaged, please email us at support@simplifynsupply.com with your order number and photos of the item.
Our team will review the case and provide a quick resolution.


7. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders begin processing shortly after being placed, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.
